"The office staff in particular the MA or assistant. Whom ever answered the phone (2/12/24 @ 11:05 am please listen to this call) is very unprofessional and does not have the appropriate customer service skills to communicate with patients. She does not forward messages in a timely manner to the practitioner if she does at all. She will avoid answering the phone if she sees the caller ID, and she gives misguided information. My son needed blood work done and she says he needed to stop eating the night before @ 7pm to avoid me bringing him in on that day, she does not respect patients and should not be employed @ this location with this company."

"I wouldn't have my dog be seen here I was a former patient of Annie zanbrino I sooo love her she got my health back right after a 2 year long flare then they switched doctors got this evil bitter dr Bradford she treats patients disrespectfully she literally tried to compare me to a class of certain type unprofessional she gets loud I recorded her being disrespectful it be you're own kind it's sad I was told to switch completely after they heard a convo and I was told to report her which I am she treats people like inmates and like they beneath her hell I had to tell her I'm educated as well with degrees and she's not a real doctor a nurse practitioner who's evil and bitter"
