"I’ve been a patient of Dr Robinson for over 25 years. Once he switched to the Advocate group it’s been awful. I understand he had no choice if he wanted to continue to practice at Christ Hospital. It takes weeks to get any appointment regardless of the urgency. Now he’s retiring and the doctor who is taking his patients has no appointments for 5 months."

"I show up at 11:08 a.m. and tweedle dee at front desk explains that its to early to form in line at 11:15 so I wait. Well I return to the line and they process my info and take my co pay. Well I still wait over 40 minutes so I go to the desk and ask tweedle dum, "what's taking so long when I was the first in line" she then says "no you were not there were more people in front of you". Well I didn't not argue I just went back to waiting. Well now I understand why the bad reviews."

"I had picked out a doctor at this location in my insurance Network. For my first appointment she was not available so the assigned me another doctor. He was a nice doctor and I was glad to find a good doctor and location. After several more visits I was given another doctor and on the next visit I was given another doctor with other doctors watching in on my personal visit. And on those visits neither doctors had followed up on my health issues, blood work, x-rays,etc. Instead I had to call them to get any report or consultation on my health, injury, etc. I don't think this is a place you want to go and give your personal medical attention to and console with them. It's more like a run of the Mill and you're just number."
