"This hospital customer service and level of care is terrible. I came with my 33 week pregnant wife who was 3 cm dilated and at risk for pre term labor. After they discovered she was 3 cm By doing a speculum cervix exam, this doctor left the instrument inside my wife while grabs a swab while saying how strong her pelvic floor is. I'm not a medical professional but I'm sure that shouldn't happen. They also didn't give her any assistance with sitting up after the exam. Hours later after getting her blood drawn and blood sugar test done this doctor comes in the do another cervix exam. She kept the light off, so it's dark with only the t.v light. She doesn't instruct my wife to get in the proper position which is to scoot doing towards the end of the bed and put her feet on the devices to get a 45° degree angle, instead she tells her to spread her legs apart while she check her cervix. This time she seems to not know what she's looking for as the exam takes much longer than the first time. As she has her hand in my wife's vagina my wife begins to cry in pain but she doesn't stop. She doesn't seem to really care at all and tells my wife to open her legs wider because her cervix keeps slipping away from her. My wife in pain and kept crying. This was a terrible experience and these medical professional need sensitivity and diversity training. They work for Christ but the are not Christ like. Stay away from here if you can. You've been warned. Also after we left and went home. My wife broke out with some sort of rash or outbreak on her vaginal area. This is the worst experience we have ever been through during any pregnancy."

"My labor and delivery and stay was absolutely amazing and comfortable . As a first time Mom, I had a great experience at Christ. I started off just getting a non stress test due to me being 40 weeks and 3 days. I ended up getting admitted and from there, everyone, staff, nurses, Doctors, cleaning crew, I mean I can go on and on about the great hospitality and care that me and my family received through our experience from Friday morning until Tuesday afternoon. All the nurses, Anesthesiologist, Doctors put in great effort to accommodate anything I needed and were quick getting me what I needed. I am truly grateful and appreciative of Christ for delivering me a beautiful and healthy baby girl and taking excellent care of us. You all are doing a great Job.
