"Consistently send out the wrong medication and don’t update charts or info, never call back, rude staff will have you on hold longer than the time you actually talk to them. Good luck getting ahold of the actual doctor because of this. I suggest only coming here if you don’t care what they send to the pharmacy. Birth control they gave me caused permanent scarring and over 2k to treat, I’ve tried having them change me to the birth control I was supposed to be on the entire time and they refuse, there is no reason they’ve given me except that it costs more (which I’ve stated several times is fine with me) Also took a TB test here for work and asked for my results to be emailed to me and they highlighted other blood work I had done instead of sending me only the TB test."

"Today was my second time to this clinic. Everyone is friendly. I love this place. I wish I would have found it years ago. They are patient and very thorough. I am never rushed. I am so grateful for the attention given to my health. I have more accomplished here in two weeks than I have have had in years at my previous provider."

"I took my father in today for blood work after his new patient visit he had at their secondary clinic. This location had one person working! at some point she was doing front desk, helping the doctor and doing bloodwork. They should probably bring someone from the other location since the CNAs over there took over 45 minutes to attend him with 5 of them being there. Definitely changing him to their Belmont cragin location clearly quality over quantity with this staff. 5 stars just because the girl handled it like a champ and she was very nice to everyone she spoke with, even if they weren’t the nicest to her because of the wait time. I didn’t catch her name. I was there early morning on a Tuesday if that helps, if they even read these reviews."

"Horrible management system. Staff is rude and not properly trained. They prices are not reasonable. For laboratory work I was charge $45. And when my husband came for his laboratory work 2 days after they charge him $90. I asked why they are charging him more just to get the same test run as me and the lady in the front desk Wendy said “ohh well based on our book price it’s $90.” This made no sense to me the other lady Julie had charge me $45 and was also looking at the same book. They said “ohh we made a mistake and it’s actually $90.” That week I got called regarding my results. The call was less than 1min. My husband a week after got a called regarding his results. His call was also less than 1min. He then was left a voicemail saying that he has to pay his phone consultation of 1 minute at a cost of $45. This is ridiculous to pay $45 just to hear your results be either positive or negative! When you had already payed for the test. I was frustrated because they once again try to charge my husband more money. When they called me they never mentioned anything about me having to pay $45 for a phone consultation. I went back to the clinic where I spoke with Wendy the lady in the front desk. And she was like “oh we made another mistake and you also need to be charge $45. And I said no we are not paying for this because it was never mentioned before. This is not the first time we get a test run and we have never been charge for a phone call. She immediately said “okay if you don’t pay i will send you to collections.” We spoke to the manager regarding this issues and all she kept saying was “okay…well yes you do have to pay.” She did not took into consideration her staff and how they are not properly trained and keep messing up with the charges of everything. I honestly don’t recommend this clinic, all they are doing is cheating people with their money. By charging some people more than others. Staff need to be more trained and know how to read the book prices! And they shouldn’t be charging for a call to hear your results."
