"I would not recommend, seriously! These people are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even get seen for my first appointment because of a scheduling error they made. Instead of apologizing they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Meeting with a healthcare provider was even worse as she berated me and judged me for being overweight. She even almost hit me with a door on her way out of the office. Again don’t waste your time with these people! Get better help!"
"Do not go here. Went here for a skin infection and revert my newly adjusted bupropion back to 12hrs. Said she wouldn't refill it. Said to call a phyc doctor but they require a referral. Did nothing about my skin infection. Blamed me why my doctor phyc stopped seeing me cause I couldn't attend it while having covid sorry. Also very rude and a quack."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went in today to establish care and was telling the doctor about something personal and I never felt humiliated in my life ! I started crying ! She rushed the appointment she don’t even know nothing about me but my name. I don’t ask to have a friendship but at least some type of relationship to were im comfortable and feel like I’m in a no judgment zone. I expressed to the front desk that I would like to switch doctors as i started to cry and I was told that I can continue seeing her or find somewhere else ."
"Was told to get an MRI done by Nurse practioner Dena Reddick. Set it for 2 weeks in advance. Outpatient scheduling called me the daP before and told me it was cancelled due to the office not sending in the medical notes for the authorization. I talk to insurance (who I work for) and was told the same thing. I call the office and tell the receptionist what's going on and she tells me she will talk to a nurse and have them call me. They never called, so when I called again the next day the receptionist was the one to tell me they sent it in. I once again set up an appointment for an MRI and it was once again cancelled because they now wanted contrast and required a different authorization. The office never called to tell me that. I call the office asking to speak with a nurse. I had to call 3 times in 48 hours because no one would call me back. After all this it took me 5 weeks to get an MRI. I called to get the results and the receptionist told me give her 2 or 3 days to call me about them. I demanded a call that night and she told me that she couldn't promise me anything. I did receive a call from the doctor that night and told her everything that I was dealing with. Dena basically said every one from outpatient scheduling and the insurance was lying to me and her staff did everything correctly. I happily switching to anyone else who is not in that office."
"My physician left the practice in March and assured me that I would not have to start over with my care plan. She told me to make an appointment three months out (June) and to get blood work done a week before. I went to get blood work done yesterday and there was no order. I call the practice and they tell me they will follow up with my new doctor and call me back. I wait over 24 hours and call back. They tell me the new doctor doesn't order blood work before seeing a patient. I say what's the purpose of this appointment then since I am supposed to be going over the lab work. They say to establish myself as a patient....mind you I have been going here for over 7 years. Additionally no one called to inform me that I did not need blood work. At this point the lack of communication, courtesy, and the constant physician/staff turnover means I will be looking elsewhere. The state of healthcare sucks bad enough without jumping through hoops for something you have already been seeing someone for."
