"My 5yr old daughter needed stitches last night. Other immediate cares turned us away saying they couldn’t do it on a small child. Not Midwest! Carolyn the NP was the best! She did an excellent job at providing service and helping my baby. 3 stitches and in and out. I will always recommend Midwest! Thank you so much!!"

"Update: They did reach out via Customer care & left a note below after NOT resolving the issue. The energy was however the same. Snarky and Rude. I am still open to a resolution. Please reach out to resolve with no negativity this time around. Not pleased with today's visit. This should have been a quick & easy visit but today a woman on a power trip continues to argue with me about paperwork that they clearly have on file since I've been going there for 7 yrs. We even confirmed address, pharm & phone # + insurance. I do not argue with unprofessional people so I mentioned to her they need to Update their system. We're in 2024. This could benefit everyone involved I'm not filling this out every year if I confirm nothing has changed."

"Everyone was pleasant, thoughtful and professional, especially the front office coordinator/secretary. The MA was cordial and thorough. The NP was very knowledgeable, proficient yet caring. The area itself seemed organized and clean. I would definitely recommend this facility."
