"I am just very upset for my time wasted with this team that schedule the Appointments. I got Dr Kondelis referred by my Ortho Dr. for an ESI injection. I called his office yesterday around 9:00 a.m. and a girl after taking all mine and insurance info told me that she was going to call me back in an hour. After waiting for about 6 hours I called back and they told me that they were short staffed but before noon next day I was going to get a call. It's past 1 p.m. and nothing. I will call another Dr. Were I get treated by responsible staff. So disappointed."
