"This review is solely based on duly for duly! PLEASE remove yourself from the phones. We are the patients, we know why we need to call our doctors (office) believe it or not. We don’t need our time wasted by being screened prior. Yes I need to speak with them because symptoms came back, yes I need to speak with them for an urgent medication issue that came up. Yes I need to speak with them about my appointment. Like please go away! I can see use for you with just scheduling or cancelling but just let us through! We’re going to get transferred to them anyway right? What a waste of freaking time!"

"The reception team always provides excellent quality service, I would give them ten stars if I could. Tina is so kind, accommodating, and respectful to each and every patient that walks through the door. First impressions always begin upon checking in with the front desk, and my experience was nothing but positive when I was greeted by reception. I would highly recommend this office to anyone."

"I must say, i was having crippling anxiety going into DMG because i just absolutely hate doctor appointments, but there was sunshine at the front door immediately as i walked in, it was Tina. She literally made me feel as if i was at home, not a sense of worry once i walked in and checked in. She takes her job seriously and handles things accordingly to the urgency of a situation. I will only be back to see Tina, not going to any other location unless Tina will be there. She is a valued, amazing, most intelligent worker in that facility. Not to mention, she is funny and comforting. Thank you!"

"I’ve been coming to this office for many different reasons over the years. I live out in Naperville and was recommended to this office. I had a really bad fall this winter and couldn’t shake the pain. This location is fantastic. I was able to schedule with the receptionist in a matter of 2 minutes over the phone. When arriving to the office, the front desk was so welcoming. I believe Tina was her name. My doctor took me back within 5 minutes of arriving. They were able to advise me on why i had pain, and more importantly how to fix it. I had to come back for a few follow ups, but did not mind making the trip due to the excellent service we received from start to finish. I was in and out each time. Thank you to the Dupage medical group for being able to help me with my back pain. Thank you Tina for always greeting me with a smile. I look forward to my next visit!!!"

"I have been frequenting this office for the past 5 years and have had nothing but POSITIVE experience each and every time. The front desk is extremely helpful, informative, and do a fantastic job making me feel welcomed. Nobody enjoys going to the doctor, but Tina’s smile and energy, really welcome me in such a positive manner. The doctors are educated and able to explain things in a very clear manner. I’ve received X-rays from this location, and even the X-ray techs are super friendly. I recently broke my finger so I’ve been in and out of the office. I’ve had to reschedule, do payments, inquire about therapy, and Tina was there every single time to handle my request. Rescheduling was as simple as 1,2,3. I never even knew i could pay my balance there, but tina helped me with that. All of the girls in the front area were so welcoming. This location ALWAYS has me in and out. Overall, Tina and her team do a great job showing hospitality. They do a great job caring for their guests. There is not one negative thing i could say about this place and i highly recommend them to anyone in need!! I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about.. seems like they are just upset due to the fact they didn’t have an appointment and or have an issue with the offices policies. Sometimes you can’t make everyone happy, but this office always gives me a pleasant experience. Props to dupage medical group and their team at this location! Don’t change a thing!!!"
