"I didn't know what to expect this is the first time I ever went to a clinic rather than going to a doctor's office. Everybody was so nice and helpful patient as well. The doctor was nice took the time to listen to me she was empathetic to my illness and she reassured me the medicine I'm taking would be helpful and she also wanted to see me again the following week to make sure that I'm still okay this is what I call number one care for a patient. I will highly recommend this to anybody who is sick or just as I need to go see a doctor for some odd reason."

"I come to this location a lot as it is convenient but today I wasn’t able to as I was working and my daughter needed to be seen. Christina was in the front and my husband took my daughter never since I’ve been to this location had anyone asked for a physical copy of the insurance card because they ran it through the system and she has the audacity to be smart mouthed and then say she’s doing her job. That be the case everyone should Follow the same protocol. Which again I’ve never had this issue before because I will simply show the photo I have or provide numbers then goes to say I can pay out of pocket okay how much is it for out of pocket cost she then still speaks on the insurance if I’m willing to pay out of pocket since I don’t have the physical copy of the insurance what’s the problem… this location is a hit or miss and today it was definitely a miss… they need to keep people within the company that loves their job and not just there for a check. I work for a hospital and use insurance systems and if a patient doesn’t have a physical card it is ran through a system check and we always advise them to bring a copy if they can because our system will show rather if its active and or not. POV her attitude and tone is not needed at that location where they have plenty of nice people there who love their jobs"

"I recently had the occasion to visit the Midwest Express Clinic on York and Butterfield. They were kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. A few months ago I took my son there after he cut his finger. We had a similar good experience with a capable staff. I’m grateful to have them so close to home. They are a very welcome addition to the community."

"I took my 7 year old daughter here when she was sick and NP Jamie and his assistant, Monica, went above and beyond to make the visit pleasant for both of us. I cannot thank them enough. The wait was short and the NP was very knowledgeable and helpful. Monica also was able to make my daughter very relaxed and less anxious.
