"I am a private caregiver and has been with my client for almost 3 years. In the beginning we were satisfied with the service. But this last year has been a mess. They are not visiting the client as scheduled. Every time we schedule an appointment they don't show up and would call after the scheduled time to say they can't make it. This has happened several times.Also I'm having a hard time getting refills for my uncle's medicine they won't answer emails from the pharmacist and when I call Jackie would say all she can do is take a message and there's no one but her in the office. My uncle has ran out of medications several times because of this. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. This company has become very unprofessional. I will be reporting this company to the state..."
