"Rarely giving out 1 star review. And this is based on the experiences we had with the front desk rep. SUPER unhelpful. Patient had Medicaid and Medicare plans. Someone over the phone took the insurance plan and made the appointment. We drove there for 45 min then was informed that they don’t take the insurance because we provided a Molina combined plan card. In fact. Patient has switched to another health company that was why when they were able to run the Medicaid # and made the appointment for us. But the front desk lady did not double checked the information before turning us away. Please have a better training on your front desk reps apparently they don’t know what they are doing."
