"I can't believe I am going to write this review. It kills me to give anything with Dr. Forzley's name on it less than 10 stars! He is one of the most attentive, caring doctors I know and has taken such amazing care of my families eyes. I have been a patient of his for 30+ years and the other 5 members of my immediate family see him as well. I know there is new management for this clinic, otherwise I would bring this directly to Dr. Forzley, but these types of things are not his responsibility anymore. I called the optical department and left a message last week to get the status on my daughters glasses. No call back. Called and left another message, no call back. Called every day this week and could not get a LIVE person to answer the phone. I had to drive to the office to talk to someone. When I expressed my frustration, the office manager was very nice and apologetic. She has been trying to get the phone system fixed for weeks and has been unsuccessful getting the assistance she needs from the corporate hierarchy. In the world of technology today, there is NO reason, that a phone/voicemail situation can't be fixed within 24 hours or at the very minimum a temporary solution put in place to notify patients you are having phone issues. YOU ARE IN THE HEALTH CARE FIELD, YOUR PHONES NEED TO WORK PROPERLY!!!!"
