"The doctors at this office are amazing, but the receptionist in rheumatology - Rhonda - is one of the nastiest people I have had the misfortune of encountering. She has a horrible attitude, a short and rude tone, cuts people off, and is generally a horrible person to encounter. I am disabled and frequent rheumatology almost monthly and every time Rhonda is there and ruins my visit with her foul behavior. She should not be working with the general public as I’ve seen her behavior this way to all patients, not just me."
"This review is for the Duly Patient Billing and not for the care I received . For the financial services confusing network where a Worker’s Comp is not entered in the system until passed the surgery time- 3 months into a medical leave! The system failed to update. One star for not receiving reminders the day of the appointment."
"The nurse was incredibly rude to me but I'm writing this review because I heard her talking smack about me outside the door of the room I was in. She gave me alot of attitude because I was late for my appointment. Yes, I'm at fault for being late. She said I was over 15 mins late, I was not. I was 9 mins late. But check in took a long time because the receptionist was in training and needed guidance to check me in. I wasn't going to argue with the nurse, I accepted being called out for tardiness and understand it's inconvenient for the staff. But after she left the room she said some nasty things about me. That's horribly unprofessional of her and I wish I knew her name so I could call her out on her faults."
"I am so disappointed to see all of the one star reviews! I can say that is definitely not been my experience. I have been a patient since the days of Dupage Medical Group. There was a bit of a lapse in my care at one point, but it was because my doctor had a serious medical condition. Although I was disappointed it was not initially communicated to me. I understood that his health is just as important as mine! I absolutely luv my new doctor, Dr. Khan. He has shown me empathy, he is supportive in my journey to improve my health, and he has also provided me with tools and medications to keep me on the right path! I also need to shout out Nurse Unita!!! Man, she is a godsend! I was having issues with getting a new prescription filled because the supplier was sending it to the wrong fax number. However, she put on her detective hat, and was able to figure out where the holdup was. Although my doctor is out of the office for the remaining of the week, she was able to get my prescription approved and sent over. I am so very thankful for her advocating for my health and her persistence in getting the documentation needed!"
"Dr Graham was recommended to me as the best of the best Chicago area rheumatologists. He lived up to his reputation in diagnosing an treating my elusive autoimmune disorder. He has many years of Crains ratings as Top Doc in Chicago. He was a champion of collaboration with other specialists instrumental in developing an integrated approach to symptoms and restore full health to me and those I referred to him as a psychotherapist. Dr Graham was a tireless advocate of getting brand name medication covered by my insurance company. He is most certainly missed but it was great to hear he was called to Washington DC as a lobbyist! I was concerned about transitioning to a new doctor but fortunately DPMG has another outstanding physician has taken over my case. Dr Richmond has a long waiting list but is worth waiting to see her. After initial visits, I am confident in her abilities. She took time to take a fresh look with additional testing to followup on the original diagnosis. We ruled out any other treatable factors and I am blessed to have few symptoms! Thanks DPMG!"
