"This was my second trip to Quest, in Westmont…This experience was even better!! The Girl’s name who took my blood is Lacara. Lacara had 3 tubes of blood out of me before I knew it! She is the best!! This is the location you want to go to. I had to wait 3 minutes, and the procedure took under 5 minutes…Make an appointment like they ask and there will be no problems. I am delighted with Quest and Lacara!! I drove 15 miles to this location, because this place is the best!!"

"Made a reservation over the phone, drove 25 mins to get there, no record of me in the system, staff operating an hour behind schedule, only option left was take a walkin ticket because the system couldn't take new reservations. A complete waste of time."
