"If I could issue zero or negative stars I would. My son had been a patient of Dr Conner's for a few years and had seen Dr. Drapkin once. I was surprised at the crazy behavior I was met with as a patient. My last appointment was met by an awful receptionist/front desk staff. I was driving 45 mins to their Arlington Heights location and called them before my appointment time to let them know I was on the way but was stuck in construction work traffic that I had not foreseen. My two children were in the car with me as both of them needed to be seen by Dr. Conner. I told the office that I would be there by 4pm according to my GPS. I ended up getting lost because their location is so strangely situated. There is no sign of the practice clearly stating the name or the address building number so I went right past the dull brick building the practice is located in. I was not told that the practice was near a strip mall. Finally after being lost for a long time I made it to the clinic only to be told that my appointments were being cancelled. I stated my situation and was met by an extremely rude staff member who also made accusations of me cancelling prior appointments. I was appalled at the lies since I hadn't been at the practice since 2018. The receptionist was literally yelling at me in front of Dr Conner and asking me if I had ever seen a specialist for my children. I was so offended by the question because unfortunately I have seen specialists for my children due to their chronic health issues. I was very frustrated and asked Dr Conner and the nurse for the practice manager's contact. Both of them said they would provide the contact but never did! And mind you no apology from the doctor who had seen everything. I am definitely considering finding another allergist."

"I tried to call and schedule an appointment and immediately was turned off by the person who answered the phone. I was confused about the location of the business and was met with a sassy and annoyed attitude. When I asked what types fruit allergies they test for once again I was given an answer of "I have no idea, you'll have to ask the doctor." Well I certainly won't be making an appointment to ask a doctor what kinds of allergens they test for, I feel this is information the receptionist should have, and if they do not they should offer a way to figure out the information, not say that I will have to schedule an appointment to find out. The attitude and tone was very rude and off putting, definitely not an office I would want to be going in any time soon if that is the person that will great me......"
