"Besides having to wait twenty minutes to be seen (they were very busy) I had a great experience at this quest location. I’ve had blood drawn many times at many different labs and this time was the smoothest as far as inserting the needle. No bruising at all. The two employees I interacted with were very nice and welcoming. They told me when to expect my results and made sure I was feeling okay after the blood draw."

"I have never left a review before on google, but this place deserves one. From the moment they called my name the lady was snippy and asked me loudly, in the waiting room in front of another random man, what I was there for. I awkwardly said an STD test in front of the man and then she was embarrassed and said “well I didn’t mean for you to say that out loud.” Like why would you ask someone what they’re there for in the waiting room in front of strangers? And then blame me when I answer honestly? Extremely rude, especially when std testing is one of the services they’re known for, seems that they should know better than to ask that in the waiting room. The actual technician who took my paperwork was very nice, she was the only good thing about their service. The blonde european lady with glasses who works there was very rude and treated me like I was dumb because I didn’t know where the exit and bathroom were, even though I’ve never been to this office before. Y’all have gotta train your doctors/lab technicians to have better customer service, because they made me feel very unwelcome and it was clear they were upset at me for coming in. Like I said, I’m not some Karen who goes out of their way looking for problems with customer service, I have literally never left a review before for anything. This place deserves the 1 star. The only good thing was I was able to do a walk-in and was out within 10 minutes. Other than that, horrible customer service. European lady is extremely rude and unwelcoming"

"DOROTA helped me with a complicated order. She took the time to get everything I needed and helped me do it in the most cost-friendly way even as a walk-in. They truly take care of you at this location. The check in process was easy and efficient. I definitely suggest making an appointment to make it easier on yourself and the healthcare staff!"

"I rarely spend the time to leave a review, but I came into Quest for an Oral fluid drug test, but they had no tests on hand and were unable to perform the ordered work. The people working here called every single nearby Quest location until they found a location with a kit and called me after I had already left to inform me of where I could go for the work I needed done. Thank you so much! Great staff"

"Angie and the staff went above and beyond for us today. We had a problem with our order and were really confused and thought all was lost for the day, but they told us exactly how to fix it and then got us in despite a surge of Saturday morning walk-ins. I wish I remembered the names of the other two who were there, but they were totally patient-centered and did all they could to get everyone in. They knew their stuff, and it was like a revolving door of people coming in, getting taken care of, and leaving. Give these people a raise, they are outstanding! If you three read this, thank you so much."
