"Ever since it became Duly its a disaster. Go to another place, these guys never have appointments the day you are sick, always refer you to go to their lazy immidiate care group, which has dropped the ball twice with us and all of their calls are not in the US. You can not call the office directly and the doctors do not work weekends. You are a joke! Terrible place."
"If u care about ur health don't visit this place. They do the absolute bare minimum and don't care about ur questions or ur health. They forget to check faxes and don't get back to u ever. U have to continually call back to get anything moving. I bet they'll say "understaffing" but thats not true."
