"I had to wait for 1 hour before the dentist came in my room. Nobody from the office gave me any update in between. The dentist just did cleaning without checking for cavity or sensitivity. She did not ask any pertaining questions. She did not discuss my X-rays taken in the same visit. The whole treatment was finished in less than 15 minutes. Also poor bed side manners…. I will think twice before going there again and definitely not for any other procedures. It looked like she was overwhelmed and in hurry."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I went for a routine cleaning.. First, I waited almost an hour before being seen and second my cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes. The cleaning literally felt like my 17 month old child had her hands in my mouth playing with my gums instead of a DOCTOR. I was splashed more with water versus my teeth being cleaned. Literally, I checked the time the doctor walked in my room at 3:48 and she was out by 3:54. How, can you possibly clean ANYONES teeth that quickly!?! I don’t really understand why the office accepts patients if they don’t like insurance they carry. Only to half way do the service needed. Honestly, it’s a waste of everyone’s time but more importantly the patient isn’t getting the care their gums need, if the cleaning isn’t going to be properly done cause of payment concerns. DENTIST (person whose job is treating people's teeth) but you most certainly didn’t show any care or compassion for what it is you signed up to do. Disappointed is a understatement."

"This place is trash. I had an appointment for 2:00 and did not get in the chair until 3:30. It was freezing and I could barely keep myself from shivering and teeth from shacking let along worked on. I was then numbed and left sitting I guess for it to take effect but I sat there so long seemed like the numbing wore off. They use the old silver fillings with mercury in them and didn’t seem sure which tooth actually needed to be filled. Upon my initial visit I was told I needed fillings one on each side and one needed to be extracted. Then on my second visit the dentist said she was filling two on one side this included the tooth that I was told needed to be extracted. I went initially with a toothache if your in PAIN KEEP LOOKING they do not pull teeth just refer you to an oral surgeon who will likely not take your insurance. They were more concerned with cleaning my teeth and collecting those coins then me. bedside manner is incredibly terrible and they are ruff. Now I’m left still with a aching mouth trying to find a dentist. Maybe they are nice to people with really good insurance. I got out the chair and walked out it’s been a week not one phone call not even an apology. The worst experience with medical/dental personnel."

"The office is impeccable which is very important to me, overall staff is friendly and professional and the Dentist's personality has a way of putting one at ease. I went for a cleaning and was very impressed with the detailed of his cleaning. He didn't take a long time, yet listened to any concerns. I am definitely going back in 6 months to upkeep cleaning care and strongly recommend this office for dental care needs."
