"HF Group now owns and operates this business. Although this particular location is closed, they still provide mail-in services. I had a conversation with two fantastic operators who were incredibly attentive and professional. Since I needed to get a rare/old book repaired, they suggested that I use their Indiana location for mail-in service. The individual I spoke with there was Cat, and she was also delightful to talk to. She showed great interest in my requirements and even provided me with her email address, requesting photos of the repair. The entire process was completed promptly and with a great deal of respect."
