"I needed help with some financial aid issues i was having. Mike was able to steer me in the proper direction, but Sara absolutely knocked it out of the park for me! She saved me such a headache from last week and most of the week before that, too. I will reiterate, just to make sure I'm clear here: Sara at the front desk in the South County campus helped me so so very much, i think she really did help me sleep better from now on, after last week's nonsense. I hope they're good to her up there! (Hi Sara, it's the guy who needed his ID verified, then his major changed from "proficiency" to "Associate's," Derek. I want to thank you more and more!
