"I have been a patient of Dr. Raj for many years. He has prescribed numerous medications for medical conditions that I have. They are the same medications I have been taking throughout his treatment, yet he refused to renew my prescriptions because I missed an appointment for lab work. He new I was out of medication and complained that my numbers were up. I left several messages for him asking to refill the medicine and also had the pharmacist try to contact him. The person answering his calls was unhelpful and just said until you do your lab work we will not refill your meds. This just show that he has no care for his patients health he just wants to make money."

"I also had the WORSE experience with this office and medical staff. They were all RUDE. Had lab work done, 4 days later had to call for results, after emailing me my results I asked for a nurse or someone to call me to go over the results due to me having 2 minor issues they said I’d have to make another appointment to go over the results. I switched because I wanted a dr not a nurse practitioner that I had at my old doctor office, guess what I scheduled my appointment with Dr Raj Patel they canceled with me twice due to him having meetings, then rescheduled me with him, yet when I got to the office he was at the Schaumburg office and I was made to see the rude nurse practitioner, I also made them aware of my fear of needles they disregarded that and the lab tech said just sit down hmmm horrible horrible experience. I then call to express my feelings they said ok when I said I was not coming back. I can’t tell anyone enough do NOT go here"

"Outstanding office and nursing staff. when I called I was calling about a specific issue and looking for a brand new dr. I was given an appointment and met with Dr. Patel in under a week. Upon entering the building I found a clean and well planned waiting room with comfortable chairs and organized pamphlets covering what makes Dr. Patel stand out in comparison to his cohorts. I was impressed by the wide scope offered by his clinic. After filling out a few short new patient forms I was called back to a room in under 10 minutes from my arrival. The first nurse asked me to get on the scale and was very polite. Once I was back there with the nurse I knew that I was in good hands. She was kind, patient, and attentive. I began to feel my anxieties fading. After she gathered some preliminary information she said the doc would be in shortly and for the first time in my memory... It was true! Dr. Patel came in to see me under 5 minutes after the nurse left. He immediately said hello, Stephanie! how are you today? what can I do for you? He had a warm presence and a gentle confidence, NOT ARROGANCE, that I immediately liked. I informed my new doc about my pre-existing conditions and what medications I've taken to control it, how it worked, and what I prefer. He took my information into consideration and then gave me a counterpoint as to why I should use a medication that I'd have not picked as first choice. His introspection on the condition and his medication of choice for me and my circumstances made sense to me and I took his advice. I do not regret this. Dr. Patel took the time to look me in the eyes and explain everything he expected from me and what I should expect from him. Even though I have complex issues that some Dr's cannot handle, this was not the case. Dr. Patel took me on and treated me as though I were important to him! I highly recommend seeing Dr Patel for any health related concerns you may have. Whether you are seeing him for a genetic issue, common cold, addiction management, or women's health, this is where you WANT to be."

"Dr Patel is absolutely wonderful! I am not a doctor person but sometimes you just have to go. I started not to feel well and made an appt for an annual check up. Dr Patel recommended certain vitamins and diet plan and I feel absolutely amazing and losing weight with taking his recommendations of curtain foods and exercise. He honestly changed my life. Thank you Dr Patel and wonderful staff!"

They took me in as a patient when I needed immediate care, and they were by far the most compassionate practice I contacted.
