"So, my mother has been a patient through all of the office/management changes for 10 years. Her original dr retired, the next dr she had left due to poor management. She goes regularly, about every couple of months. We called for a medical issue and they said she has no dr? What? They have all her records there. Good luck getting them to call back. Disgraceful. 0 stars if possible."
"The staff is very unfriendly and the doctor Mariya Rampurwala is unprofessional. From day one, she has treated me unfairly behind close doors. "I haven’t been here yet, but I just called today to make an appointment. This review is ONLY for that experience. I will update it after I’ve been seen. Again, this occurred today when I made my appointment. ————— I was given a referral to a neurologist in this group. I was given a list of six or seven locations, each with a unique phone number but not a doctor’s name. I called the number that represented a specific location. It was important that I was able to schedule at that location because I cannot sit in the car for more than 15-20 minutes. So I called that location’s number. A girl named Betty answered, and I made the next available appointment. I asked her the doctor’s name, and she gave me a name different from what my doctor had given me. So I explained to her that I was expecting to be making an appointment with a different doctor. She said no, I’ve scheduled you for _____ location. I said oh, I’m sorry, that location is too far for me, and I called THIS number because it’s printed next to the location I need to go to. She got angry at me and yelled no it is the next available appointment! I said I need to please schedule at the location that is printed next to this phone number. Well there’s nothing available for another week, she said. I replied I don’t care, that’s fine, please schedule me. She was so disrespectful to me from then on, I decided it might help for me to explain to her that I received a list of different numbers, each for a different location. Midsentence she hung up on me! I decided that it was important for her supervisor to know that this girl’s attitude could be one of the reasons this group’s ratings are so low. So I immediately called back, and I requested of the next rep who answered to please connect me to a supervisor. She very kindly and professionally asked me the reason so she could let the supervisor know. I said sure, the last rep was so unprofessional, she hung up on me. This rep said I’m so sorry that happened, do you mind holding for a moment while I locate the supervisor for you? I said not at all. Well one moment went by, then another, then 10 minutes, I waited 20 minutes before I hung up. I do have an appointment now, so I will personally speak to the office manager or whomever is in charge of the reps who answer their phones, and share exactly what I experienced with Betty."
