Until a week ago December 18th I got my first settlement offer for one of my cards and it was almost double the amount of what I came in with. 2800 start off and now they want me to settle for 5800 and add another 50 dollars to my monthly fee. I also found out after Making all these payments I have only saved in my global holdings account 360 dollars after all them payments I've made. I make monthly payments of 388 and according to them most of it would be saved to be able to make settlements. How is it even possible to settle when after almost a year of payments only have 380 saved. I don't even think that's illegal especially with zero work done and my only settlement is almost 3x. Better off making settlements myself of bankruptcy. Don't fall for this trap."
