"I had an out of the ordinary request for notarizing a document for my son currently living in New Zealand. Mohamed at the UPS store in Skokie went above and beyond to make that happen. It involved coordinating a difficult video call with my son to confirm the request and Mohamed was willing and able to help us get this processed-- not once, but on two different occasions! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past but not at the Skokie UPS store. They are great!!"

"I needed a color print. That was a certificate. I told them click double sided when the owner was operating computer. He did not listen to me. Then he took print out on two papers with single sided print out. Then he said its on me. I needed to pay for his mistake. He took another printout correctly and finally they charged me $9.50 he said he needs to charge me for the time he operated computer. The owner is so arrogant and behave like superior. He needs to understand customers are superior (not him) and his business exists becuse of customers. He think he knows everything but does stupid things. Poor customer service and crook owner!! I wont visit this shop anymore!!"

"Certainly a store to avoid returning to; everything is overpriced. When attempting to purchase a box, the prices for each box were not displayed, indicating that they can charge whatever they want. The seller increased the price right in front of me; he quoted one price initially and, within a minute, provided a different one. The Egyptian guy, who seems to be the owner, is disrespectful and rude to both clients and his own staff. He lacks a sense of customer service."
