"I have used this office before for another pregnancy and they were wonderful. This time the lady at the front desk was extremely sweet and does a great job. The lady who did my ultrasound which was 20 week anatomy scan wouldn’t say hardly two words and didn’t make me feel too comfortable. I left feeling extremely worried about my baby and have to wait another four weeks to visit this office to get more pictures of my baby. No doctor was in the office as I was told I would talk with a doctor and I got zero answers as to what pictures are needed and if there’s any issues with my baby. I read the MyChart report and it left me feeling even more worried but there’s no way to message a doctor or nurse. I just feel very in the dark and unsure about a few things with my baby."

"The front desk was very polite and kind. Each time they offered my three older stickers or a sucker from the candy bin. The staff was very communicative about what to expect during the visit as a first time mom. Gave very clear instructions on what they were doing, and what I needed to do to get my blood test results back. Provided extra photos of our little boy."

"I felt hurried by the last sonographer her name was Christine.. she did not take time to do the measurements as the other sonographers usually do. She was not patient enough no photographs were taken..no information on the baby’s weight or other measurements."
