"I went for my first well checkup and to establish as a new patient as well as get my work physical completed. When the nurse left I could hear her loud and clear out in the hallway talking about my medications as well as mocking me about my laugh. She said “should be ok”. Then when the doctor filled out my physical form she marked the wrong answers for my job stating I was clear to work and I had to return to get the correct boxes marked she marked them and signed by them so now I have to turn in a form to HR and hope they don’t have to contact the office to see that I did not forge it. I found it very uncomfortable then discussing me and mocking me in the hall. I will never go back here"

"Horrible service the worst I have ever had the doctor literally arguing with me looking at her watch the whole time I tried to explain my issues. Totally unprofessional and yes it was doctor Melvin now I have read other reviews and see I'm not the only one I will not be returning"

"Dr. Melvin is horrid. Has absolutely no respect or manners for others! This whole facility will be losing money and clients with her on the team. I will not be going back and with her in the office, many will follow. Would not recommend!"

I met you in the hospital and because of your awesome bedside manner I chose to visit your practice. With that being said, there needs to be some attention given to the St. Charles location. I have never been treated so rudely treated or looked down upon by anyone in my life. I will be making appointments with you from now on!"

"I would not take my son to any other doctor. Dr. Jen is amazing with him very knowledgeable period when we needed Specialized Care she was right on top of it and got him seen with a specialist right away. When the insurance gave us trouble about covering some things for him she fought for us to get him taken care of. She treats my son as if he was her own and is an amazing doctor."
