"I have been going to Ria for a little over a year now. I cannot praise this office high enough! Providers: Patty is my PCP, but I have not had a bad experience with anyone there. Patty faces you and engages in the appointment. A rare quality among primary care these days. More often, you have an appointment with the back of the doc's head while they chart their way through it. Patty is not like that. I have referred a couple people to her already and they have had identical experiences. Staff: The staff is so friendly and overly accommodating. They remember you and greet you like an old friend when you walk in. They take care of refills same day. I went on FMLA earlier this year and Toni was on top of every document and signature and always sent me a copy just in case. Alicia is so great. She always treats my even mildly irrational concerns with sincerity and urgency. Not to mention, she is so gentle with those nose swabs. It's an understated talent. Billing: Our insurance changed last year and Patty was no longer in network. 1. I just paid out of pocket to continue to see her. I think she's just that great! But 2. Christy in the billing department worked with our insurance, got her in network, and re-ran claims that could be back through my insurance. It took a while, but they didn't give up on it. Practice: They have online portals to check labs, prescription refills, ect. They send an email the day before your appointment to check in a head of time. Even go ahead and pay your co pay. Which eliminates the usual need to get to your appointment early. They offer text alerts when results or prescriptions are ready. As great and convenient as all of that is, it's not requested or required. Calling and talking to someone is just as easy and they're always so friendly. Other: They helped me in making my puppy an ESA. He goes almost everywhere with me. Including my Ria appointments. They are nothing but thrilled to see my pup every time I come in. He loves going there too because of all the attention he gets. I've been in healthcare nearly 20 years. This is a phenomenal practice. I am so grateful I found them. I highly recommend Ria!!"
