On calling the store, I was told they cannot do anything unfortunately. Item appears was untested and no cable, now I know."

There is an employee by the name of Bernetta who gives presidential customer service to everyone she helps. Bernetta is very professional, kind, & she knows her stuff so you will never walk out Of there feeling cheated When dealing with her.
