"Be very cautious about setting up any appointments at the Mind-Eye Institute. I was told that the only way to set up an appointment with Dr. Z is by putting down a $300 deposit. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my appointment with Dr. Z, sixteen days prior to seeing her. When I politely asked for a refund, I was told that the $300 appointment reservation fee is NON-refundable and that it was all stated in the tiny print at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail."
