"I used to see the female dr in libertyville and their practice was bought out by dr kagzi. My appointment just to see a nurse for a shot was messed up one day and they told me I could go see dr kagzi that same day no problem. When I got there, the staff was nice, but dr kagzi was RUDE. He came right into the room I was waiting and said “you forgot your appointment to see our weight loss specialist” and I said no. I’ve never made an appointment with that person and I have never seen dr kagzi before so how does he presume this false information about me? Well he ended up billing my insurance and myself for an entire visit. I just needed a shot and he decided he was going to talk about other things so he could make more money. Never been back here."
