"A family member unfortunately was referred to the Good Samaritan Spine center for ongoing pain. Kristin was the PA that saw her and it was all downhill from there. No empathy whatsoever, cold dismissive and judgmental. Instead of interviewing her as a patient she just sat there and said there was no herniated disc. Ok...and because she had no leg/sciatica pain they couldn't do an MRI....ok....so what can we do as she has had back surgery in the past and this pain was different. Kristin just didn't have any answers other than you can try PT. Sad that this PA had no interest in making this patient feel like she cared that she was in pain. Yes my daughter did get teary after being treated this way and apparently that was a trigger for Kristin to cover her rudeness by reporting this visit to her superior who did call within the hour but offered her to go to the Park Ridge clinic if she sought another visit...Right... let's keep this in the Advocate Family!!!! What a joke. So much for Advocate Compassion..."
