"I’m livid. I went in there for back pain as a last resort to try and get a medical card for pain. I end up leaving with $419 worth of lab test on my thyroid and gosh knows what else. I never asked for these tests nor when they had me come in did they tell me what they were for. I feel taken advantage of because I went in for one thing and they slapped with with a whole load of bills for something I never asked for or wanted. Those tests had nothing to do with my chronic back pain. It feels like a scam."

"I like Dr Knight. She is very nice and knowledgeable. She takes time to listen to your concerns. However, the office is terrible with time management. I'm often waiting over an hour in the waiting room. No heads up how long the wait is. If you are late to an appointment, they charge you $100. If they are late, it doesn't seem to matter. I get "today was crazy". Except it seems every day is crazy."
