"I had gotten an abscess tooth and I needed it to be pulled and I went to familia and they took X-rays and they pulled it, might of been to much money but I needed relief and they have that to me. Thank you for everything. Thank you to all of the dental team and the receptionists they were all very friendly and caring. It was well worth the money. Thank you again."

"The general scheduling agent, Samuel, helped me book an appointment right away. The ladies at the front were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Bonnie processed my paperwork. The dental technician, Nick, (He took x-rays) was nice and straightforward. Dr. Saraswati and her assistant were very complimentary. They took care of my check up, cleaning, and assessment. I ran 15 minutes late for my 12:00 appointment and, fortunately, Dr. Sara was amenable; she tended to me since the other dentist had already left for lunch. I appreciated that. On my way out, the front desk agent was also very helpful. All in all, their group of personnel that I met seemed pleasant and worked together as a team to make their facility a place you would not mind going back to. Having said that, I certainly did not mind taking this time to share this feedback. This facility is worth a try. I was a new patient today."

"Staff was really great but the rooms definitely need updated! The counters and floors are tore up and broken! It is definitely not a professional setting."

"Friendly administrative staff at the desk. Punctual and right on time calling us back for our consult. Tidy work spaces. Our oral hygienist was kind and explained things well to both my son and I. Quick x-rays were obtained and loaded quickly. Thorough explanations were provided to us. The entire experience was great! Not worth removing an entire star but the only downside is no lock on the small stall in the ladies’ room."

"I waited over a month to get into this place. Came in had X-rays, my mouth looked at, was told what I needed. Told me everything I needed and then said call back to see if you’re approved. I called back today long and behold NOTHING was submitted to my insurance. Not my cleaning nothing. So now I have to wait ANOTHER month to be seen and then hopefully that DR submits it to my insurance. Go figure!!! Do they care ? Nope. Do they answer a phone? Nope. But some how everyone has time to talk. Oh and the waiting room and back room is filthy."
