"This Dr office needs way more people to answer phones. It literally doesn't matter what time I call I have to wait on the phone for a minimum of 20 minutes on hold before I can even talk to someone or even schedule a appointment or cancel one... you shouldn't have to wait this long just to cancel a appointment.. I can't always sit on the phone and wait because I have to work."

"I visited this place back in 2015 with my first born my experiences with them was okay. Fast forward here we are it’s 2023 and I’m getting ready to give birth to my second born. This round I have had the worst experience ever. Appointments being rescheduled without someone calling to make me aware. I’ve even made appointments after they decided to reschedule me last minute I come in and they ask me how can they help me like they didn’t reschedule me for the appointment so now at this point I’m two drs appointment behind. The residents/drs whatever you want to call them isn’t the greatest. They act like they’re scared to touch you. I recently got covid 19 in my last trimester 37 weeks from work shared my concerns with returning back to work and getting covid again they didn’t care. I’m currently 39 weeks with a sore throat and running nose and afraid that I’m not in the greatest shape right now as I prepare to give birth. Very stressed couldn’t even get in for my weekly drs appointment so now I’m winging it hoping and praying my child and I have a safe delivery."

"Go anywhere other than this office if you can. It doesn’t matter if you’re pregnant. It doesn’t matter if you made your appointments months in advance. They will call you the day before to cancel or reschedule them and then take as long as legally possible to transfer your records anywhere else. On the rare chance you actually do get in for your appointment, you can expect to wait at least 90 minutes to see your provider. By the time you’ve seen them and they send you to the lab for testing, it’ll conveniently have closed for the day and you’ll have to reschedule to come back again. Truly the seventh circle of hell."

"I went here throughout my 4th pregnancy & it was a great office! It is a little hard to contact them via phone, but I could talk to my doctor on my chart no issues. Dr. Schuh and Dr. Andrew's are the two whom performed my c section & did a wonderful job. Both of them have amazing bed side manner and DR. Schuh has awesome in office manner as well! (I never saw Dr. Andrews in office but she was exceptional before and during surgery!) Not only did they talk to me they made sure to communicate with my husband as well. Thank you to all of their staff for always being on top of everything! Even months after my delivery!"
