"I made an appointment for my son Noor three weeks age with Dr Sara alkassendar , after I drove 45 mints so my son can see his doctor. I found out that a name of another Dr. Then , I spoke with one of the people in front desk. They told me they will fix it . After, I went up with the student, she told me Dr Sara is off today and my son will see another doctor. I got so mad , I drove 45 mints , he took day off from school to see unknown doctor to me . I accept it sadly. The front desk are not professional at all . All they care is the payment. They should tell me not deceiving me like this . Or give me a call telling me that the doctor I choose is off this week."

"I took my 3 year old for an eye exam. The examination office is cold and dark. The eye physician had no clue on how to work with an autistic child. The tests he attempted were obviously not suited for my child, not to mention that it took 2 HOURS before we got fed up and left. No consideration for my son’s condition, if you “specialize” in kids vision then make your offices kid friendly, don’t take so long, train your staff to work with autistic children and use better suited tests/equipment for children."

"Dr. Deligio, Franklin, and Victoria are AMAZING!!! When I first came here I wasn't able to see due to being diagnosed with Keraconus. Dr. Deligio had helped me build my confidence again and made me cry because I was able to see so great and I haven't been able to see for years!! I strongly recommend everyone come here because the staff from the front desk to the doctors are AWESOME!!! Thank you MIDWESTERN!!!❤️❤️"

"Communication was unfortunately extremely poor, and it took over two months to get a hold of the optometrist to make a correction to my prescription. The front desk staff are lovely, but my experience with students receiving calls on behalf of the eye institute left much to be desired. Be prepared for appointments that last a minimum of an hour and a half. Evaluations are thorough, although I did not appreciate feeling pressured into getting my eyes dilated and then shamed when I declined."

"The eye clinic at Midwestern University does a quality job at a very affordable rate. I am completely satisfied with Dr. G and his students in giving me a comprehensive contact lens exam. I would recommend them to anyone in the western suburbs. They are easy to get an appointment with, and they even have evening hours, I will definitely be using them again in the future. Great job Eye Clinic. You treated me like a valued patient by listening carefully. God bless."
