"I am very much a beginner when it comes to swimming pool maintenance. Before this year we typically just set up a very small inflatable wadding pool for 1-2 weeks at a time. This year we purchased a 10ft Intex pop-up pool with a small filter system (H filter) and would like to be able to use for a few years until we can get a bigger semi-permanent pool. Even though Leslie's does not carry much Intex products, the sales rep at this store (Elizabeth V) was VERY helpful! I did purchase a few products and will be going back for more, but she also made some recommendations about common household items that can be used just the same as professional products. Awesome experience and wonderful customer service!"
"New heater didn’t work and they didn’t even fix it. The service tech Ryan was very rude and didn’t fix it when he showed up with the part, he had an attitude as soon as he walked into my back yard, maybe it was too hot for him to work. Time to find another line of work. We returned to heater. Makes sense though??? now they have a weathered heater in their back room and refunded my money instead of just fixing it with the part they ordered and came to my house with."
