"This is definitely not a troll review. No, you would not have a record of my name because I am not your client. Nor will I ever be due to the lack of service you have provided my friend. My friend, who wants to remain anonymous, paid you in full before reading your reviews. One review in particular made her question your rapport causing her to check behind you to see if you actually did your job. Which you didn't. You are very rude, you talk over people, and there Is a severe lack of communication. Bottom line is, it's been almost a year and his/her license is suspended. I'm sure you're going to have a rebuttal and that's fine. I just want people to know how you really operate. Maybe this review will push you to treat all your clients the same. I know that you are capable of doing so because I see that you actually have some good reviews."
