"Talks a big game until you pay him. Then crickets. No progress, no responses. Almost 2 years of wasted time and money. Paid the $1,000 retainer then after almost 2 years of nothing he wanted another $2,000 to proceed. Too bad there wasn't negative stars to give."
"Run the other direction! So far my experience has been terrible. He was hired to proceed with probate and said it would take roughly 4 months. It’s been 4 months and he won’t answer his phone or provide any updates. I text him weekly. He has promised to provide an update numerous times but hasn’t. At this point I can’t even get him to tell me if anything was ever filed. Most unprofessional attorney I’ve ever dealt with. Update: I’ve tried for weeks now to retrieve all of the original documents that I dropped It appears he lost them. I’ve offered to come pick them up but have had no success. He offered no apology or remorse for sitting on this paperwork for 5 months, lying about it, and not filing anything!"
