"This testing center is excellent - a little secret on Elgin's North side. The room is very quiet. The administrator was exceptionally kind and patient in the process. I took an ILTS (Illinois teaching license) test today and I will definitely come here for my next one."

"Like others have mentioned I was a bit put off by the other reviews. When you get in the main entrance you will walk towards the double doors in between the two waiting areas. The bathrooms are on the left as you walk down the hall. When you get to the end turn right. The testing center is all the way at the end. The actual center was about as nice as the other Pearson testing centers. They had earplugs when I asked(Everyone should use them). They had plenty of lockers to store the things you can't take into the center. The computers seemed a bit faster than I've used previously. The desk space was about the same as I've seen at the three other testing centers I have used and didn't feel crowded at all. Honestly my only complaint is that one of the other test takers had smoked a copious amount of Pot. I have two more exams to take and I'll be taking them at this one."

"I thought the guy was rude bc he threw my ID. Never ever in my life has ever thrown anything to me..Like NOBODY and this was my first experience. I started to get a bit offended but then I remembered..I have better things to do in life like get certified and get more $$$$ HAHAHAHAHA I came early super early 15 mins than my appointed time but he was ok with me starting early! That was nice."

"I read the reviews and I was a little skeptical of this place. To my surprise, everything was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. The actual testing area was great, no bad odor as stated on the other reviews and the AC was on. Thank you to the gentleman for all of his help and for reminding me to breathe! He was able to notice how nervous I was about taking my test. I appreciate that!"
