"Cash america is a a crooked pawn shop,swindlers they low ball you for your items, then stick a tag on it when you forfit to pick up they sell 3 or 4 times the price you pond item for. corporate office is with everything they do to customers, make sure they count the money out to you or you will be shorten your cash crooks thieves. People need to stop taking any low price for our merchandise..we need to come together shut them down. PROTEST."

"This is one of the worst pawn shops in Aurora certain staff have no clue what there doing and don't even bother researching what I'm trying to sell which has decent value and tried to offer me unfair prices. The customer service is very slow infact I had to wait about 30 minutes just to ask a question about a particular item they had on sale. At times when I did browse here I felt unwelcomed and they have purposefully Ignored me when I needed help with something and as I'm leaving I end up feeling stupid. Very disappointing experiences I won't be returning."
