"I've had a case for a red light camera ticket with this company for over two years. The case has been continued over and over again while I've been unable to drive for years. I turned right on red at an intersection not stating a right on red isn't allowed. I didn't do anything wrong... I thought they'd help me. That isn't the case. This place is a scam. I'd have better luck and spend less money with days off work then going through this company. I complained and they simply said "your license should be valid, I'm not sure why it's not." Ummm I gave you SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. you shouldn't be unsure of anything at that cost.... let alone it's been over a year... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE"
"I originally posted my review following my original court date with The Ticket Clinic. The first lawyer they gave me was only able to get me a plea deal with driver's school and a $250.00 fine. Originally I did not have the right insurance information and told my lawyer to file a continuance. The people at The Ticket Clinic did not notify me of my following court date, however instead of doing nothing my lawyer filed another continuance. The next lawyer got my ticket dismissed the day of the next court date. My advice to you is to hope you get the older bald guy as your lawyer because the lawyer with the hipster beard clearly doesn't know the law that well."
"DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE TICKET CLINIC! They do not represent their clients at all! My lawyer Nicholas is the worst ever! Instead of helping me find ways to win my case, he was laughing with the office/state's attorney, and encourage me to take a plea deal. It seemed like he was working for them more than working for me. All lawyers/Cops in the state of IL are crooked liars trying to take OUR money to build their new Will County Courthouse building. I even had proof as to why I couldn't speed past 30 miles (faulty brakes and there was a car in front of me). My lawyer said I could get convicted for going half a mile over the speed limit and my ticket would go up an extra $140. Even if the officer lied and said I was going 46, he could still turn around and say I was going 30.5 or 31 miles in a 30. How is that even legal? On top of that, the officer put on my ticket that I am a male that weighs 145 lbs with Blonde hair and Hazel eyes, driving a Gold car. My car is grey, I'm a female that weighs 120 lbs, with dark brown eyes/hair. Never in my life have I ever worn contacts or blonde hair. But my lawyer said I couldn't use that in court because the officer spelled my name, address, & license plate correctly. He wouldn't even bother to point out that error in court. All he kept doing was persuading me not to go to trial and take the plea. These people are crooks! DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THE TICKET CLINIC! They are crooks as well as WILL COUNTY! I wish I never wasted $150 on the service I received. I just pray you don't do the same. The Ticket Clinic are liars and they don't help anyone. Instead they joke around with the State's attorney and Sheriffs on how petty it is to go to trial over a speeding ticket."
"I got a ticket on the Dan Ryan going 70mph. A Cook County sheriff pulled me over and gave me a ticket for speeding and no current insurance card in the car. I did have insurance but not the current card in the car which meant I had to appear in court to prove I had insurance. I called the ticket clinic and they wanted copies of the tickets. It seemed too easy but they said I didn't have to appear in court and they would take care of it. It all worked out fine and I didn't have to miss work. The total cost was about the same or less than paying the tickets and no convictions on my driving record. I would use them again if needed. They are easy to work with and did what they said they would do."
"If I could give the ticket clinic zero stars I would. Sure, the staff is friendly but no one has any idea what is going on in their office. Every time I would call they would leave me on hold or put me straight to voicemail. But I still decided to go with them regardless. After putting down the retainer fee, I began to feel relieved. The day of my court appearance NO ONE shows up. How unprofessional is that? So not only did I pay for services that weren't ever used I wasn't even bothered with a phone call explaining what happened. Usually it's the other way around where then client doesn't show up, not the lawyer. Don't bother wasting your time with these guys, very inexperienced, unprofessional, and not worth your money."
