"8/25/23 If you want to buy a bike, or need some repairs done to your own, there is no better bike shop in the area than Granada. I purchased a Giant Cypress DX in 2018 and have been a loyal customer since. The staff are always courteous and greet everyone that comes through the door. I just had new chain rings, chain, and rear cassette installed on my bike. They finished the work quickly and I was happily surprised at the price. The staff here also go above and beyond to have happy customers. I know this because they just blew me away yesterday with their customer service. I had a tail light bracket on the seat post that was mistakenly discarded and to make up for it I was offered a complete super nice tail light kit worth much more than the bracket. I thought it was too much for such a small part but they insisted. I took the light and have ordered the bracket for my old light ($3.50), (which I love), and when I get the new bracket I’m going to take the light back unused. When it’s time for a new bike for me or one of my friends, or for more service, I’ll go back to Granada. Michael W. Norris"
