"The staff are nice and professional, but my procedure was scheduled 10:30am. And it ended being around a hour late, but we were not kept informed. From the time of arrival which they asked me to come in 30 minutes before my appt. To fill out paperwork which ended up just me signing to financial statement. To where they got me prepped for the procedure was quick. But we waited and waited with the only update that the surgery of the patient was running late, was because we overheard the staff talking amongst themselves. Just would be better if we were informed in person."
