She cut me off on multiple occasions while I was trying to understand my balance, she tried to abruptly end the conversation, she failed to address my concerns in a timely manner, and ultimately, makes me want to leave Enclave of Country Lakes for its lack of empathy for women with disabilities. I left the trash cans out overnight after finishing class late and not wanting to go out at night by myself. We just received emails about robberies. They fine and continue to fine me. I tried to tell Shannon Schwarzwalder this but her tone was immediately dismissive, and matter of fact….I thought we could expect more from attorneys these days. Maybe I’m just different."
