"I was concerned about putting my daughter in a Chicago public school since she have always lived in Oak park. She started Steinmetz her Junior year and i have been impressed so far. The teachers, staff, did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. My daughter grades is outstanding and she is more focused."

"It's a really great school they have a lot of different great programs to get into. The teachers are nice and the Principal Mr. Stephen Ngo really cares for the students along with Asistant principle Mr. Jamie Jaramillo and Mrs. Cheryl Williams. I wish I would have went to this high school growing up. Also the security team cares for the students and staff safety!"

"Its a safe school I graduated class of 2015. I loved my classmates they are pretty chill. Teachers are cool but some of them will write you up over something petty. Overall I mean yeah it's a boring school I can't lie about that and when i came in 2011 it was bad but you'll feel right at home just stay focused on work, take notes, and don't start fights. Its a decent high school if you know people in there you'll be OK."

"Been there since 2001 all the way to 2005. It was BAD but loved it still.From what I can tell things look alot different and better. I wish I was attending school when it was good at this time frame. Back in the days it was brutal. But glad to see good coming out of that school for once."
