"This has to be one of the absolute best properties I have not only seen myself as a wholesaler and agent, but that I have shown my client in his homebuying process. The work, the attention to detail, the staging and everything about this house done by Windy City Solutions was RIGHT!! (Except for that little old fashioned dryer in the laundry room used for staging purposes...lol!) But honestly, THIS home is how a rehab should look in every sense of the word. The only two things that kept my client from submitting an offer is the fact that it is on the main street of Jeffrey Blvd and parking is a hit or miss and my client likes to entertain, so that just would not work. Additionally, the bedrooms on the main floor weren't big enough for what was needed. The ones in the basement were great, but yeah, not too many people want to have their master bedroom in the basement. Other than that, the house speaks for itself and the work Windy City Solutions did on this house is impeccable. Not to mention, I also like the fact that we were able to see it on our own which is super great. No offense, but having listing agents on site sometimes is irritating because SOME do not know how to let the house sell itself. Other than that awesome job Windy City Solutions.
