"I just went on my own as a realtor under a new firm and left a team. Someone the next day “ Unanimously reported me with no proof” for not having my social media updated accordingly. TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING. Rather than explaining what I did wrong I had to sit in front of 12 panel members that deliberately made me feel uncomfortable. To then fine me $1200 dollars on top of $250 fee for their inconvenience. They are supposed to be there to protect us… This was the exact opposite. Disgusted to say the least and will be taking my license elsewhere."

"This company is very abusive, I have nothing positive to say of this organization. They treat their realtors poorly! I do not recommend hanging your license with them and shop around to other organizations when looking to be represented."

"STAY AWAY. Unacceptable way to operate the business. They took 2 month deposit and said to sign an application/credit check authorisation. A new tenant was supposed to move in in two days, but they just gave her money back and said they found someone else without (!) even telling her about it (probably for more $). The reasoning is: you didn’t fill out the form on time (they “got upset” because the new tenant returned the signed application in 10days, not 7days as they wanted, but they didn’t mention any deadlines before). They took money for two months ahead. They gave no warning to the new tenant, who paid the deposit, that they apparently already (!) found someone else. NO communication with a new tenant, who had a deal with them that she’s going to move in. Why would you keep the 2month deposit for two weeks and then suddenly make a scene at the apartment where the person has to move in in 2 days? The person has to move out from her current place, and now has nowhere to go. And they said it’s not their problem if she doesn’t have where to live now, because “they got upset she didn’t signed the application in 7day” but she did sign it later! And brought it to the apartment she was supposed to live at. She also paid the previous tenant for the furniture that is already there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Talked to Blago and another woman who refused to introduce herself (224-**8-2826)."

"Other than they try to trick you by automatically adding extras to your cart while trying to pay realtor dues, they are very good. Just sneaky with the extra fees so keep an eye out"
