"We shopped around prior to choosing a driving school for both of my kids and are so happy we chose New Concept. From the beginning, John and his team were so helpful with all of my questions about the process and eased my anxiety. From Day 1 of the classroom portion all the way through the last behind the wheel my kids were supported by the team and helped them become empowered drivers. I have read some reviews about how challenging it can be to schedule a behind the wheel lesson. It is everywhere. They also give clear expectations to the parents and kids about setting about behind the wheel. At first my kids were hesitant to do it and after they discovered it wasn’t so bad and in fact the instructors were better than my husband and I. The instructors were able to show my kids some things I was not good at teaching. Thank you John and the rest of the team for everything!"

"Take the time to read these reviews from newest to oldest....notice all the poor reviews within the last few years regarding BTW drive schedules? This guy ignores all the voice messages left by the students until the contract expires and then claims that the students and parents are somehow not following the scheduling directions/procedures. Then, after receiving negative reviews, he snidely & dismissively chastises parents for "not bothering" or "not taking the time" to read the contract. We read the contract & followed the directions. We left many messages trying to schedule drives and only 1 was returned, only after expiration of the contract. Save your money and take your business elsewhere."
