"So today my son has appointment for behind wheel and they cancelled two hour before, but when you need to cancel your appointment they want 24 hours notice Last time we were late 15 min due bad weather they said that’s considered no call no show and I have to pay them $60 to schedule him for further classes. And I called twice and left messages no call back yet But the other day when I called and left message that we are going to be late at the location due weather they call me back right away with in five to ten minutes and said “oh that’s our policy 15 min late no call no show, when you need to cancel give 24 hours notice.”"
