"Awful experience. I was placed with a psychiatrist who just wasn’t a great fit for me. I didn’t feel like I could talk to her at all so I called and asked if I could see someone else in their office. They said they would ask the other providers if they wanted my case. Days went by so I finally called asking what was going on and they informed me that none of their providers wanted my case and they THEY felt my psychiatrist was a good fit for me. They went on to say that my choices were to continue seeing the provider that I didn’t feel comfortable with or have my primary Dr continue my meds for me. Went here specifically to get help with meds in the first place. They are supposed to be trained to help and all they did was invalidate how I was feeling by telling me I was basically wrong for asking to see someone else. We really do need better care for people with mental health issues. This is ridiculous."
